Contains notes apparently in the hand of Cholmeley of the Inner Temple in the following order: (1) moots in Lyons Inn and Clifford's Inn, 1597-1598, when he was reader or deputy reader; (2) a series of pettie moots, argued in term-time, Pas.-Trin. 39 Eliz. (1597); (3) notes of readings and moots in the Inner Temple, 1598; (4) 'Mon primer reading in le Inner Temple sur le 2 branche de lestatute de 13 Eliz. cap. 10 et lestatute de 18 Eliz. cap. 11 dexplanation de lestatute de 13' (concerning leases by corporations), August 1610; (5) commonplace of cases concerning ecclesiastical subjects, some unprinted. Heavily annotated over the next few decades.
